The contract between us. Read it once.

TradeLoop is an evidence system for discretionary traders. Your loop reads a trade history that you upload yourself, such as MetaTrader 5's History report or a CSV of your closed trades, and shows the patterns that repeat in it, how often they happened and what they cost; the file is read to show your loop and is not kept. With Pro, you can watch one rule and see on your later uploads whether the pattern happens less often. In the Sealed Test, an optional lab, you define a setup and freeze it as a version, import price history that you export yourself from MetaTrader 5 (or a simple CSV of bid prices), judge real past charts without seeing what happened next, and seal each call before its outcome is shown. TradeLoop then reports what your sealed calls show, with sample sizes and 95% intervals, including when there is not enough evidence. Connecting a trading account is not available today. If TradeLoop later offers it, connecting will be optional, will need your separate consent, and will give TradeLoop read-only access to read that account's trade history; uploading a file will remain available. TradeLoop never places, modifies, cancels, or blocks orders on any trading account, never holds trading authority, and does not promise a result, profit, pass, payout, or behavioural improvement.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not upload manipulated, fabricated, or misleading data.
• You must not use the service to misrepresent your trading performance or what your sealed calls show.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's APIs.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

TradeLoop is an evidence and educational tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. Results describe your sealed calls on past data; they are not a forecast. All results, reports, and receipts are provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Past results do not guarantee future results.

TradeLoop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any results or reports generated from your data. In no event shall TradeLoop, its founders, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• Free: anyone can create an account. Free finds your loop in a trade history you upload and gives you the Sealed Test on one setup and one dataset, without payment. A loop you are already watching stays watched until you end it; choosing a new one needs Pro.
• Pro: Pro lets you watch your loop and see on your later uploads whether it happens less often, and gives you unlimited setups and datasets. While Founding 50 is shown before you pay, the first 50 members on Pro also get onboarding with the founder, who reads your loop with you. One payment of the amount shown before you pay buys the period shown before you pay of Pro, starting when the payment is confirmed.
• No automatic renewal: Pro is not a subscription and no recurring charge is set up. When its period ends, your account returns to Free unless you pay again.
• Payment processor: payments are processed by Razorpay. TradeLoop does not store your card details.
• Refunds: your first Pro purchase can be refunded if you ask within the refund window shown before you pay of paying. Full mechanics are in the Refund Policy.
• Cancellation: there is nothing to cancel. Because Pro never renews automatically, not paying again is all it takes; see the Cancellation Policy.
• Your data: exporting your data is free on Free and on Pro.

The TradeLoop platform, including its design, code, algorithms, evidence engine, and branding, is the intellectual property of TradeLoop. You retain full ownership of your data: your setups, your sealed calls, and the files you import. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the service to you and, only if you switch on research sharing in Settings, to share the evidence summaries that setting names with TradeLoop's founder.

• By you: you may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. User-linked product data is removed or anonymised as described in our Privacy Policy. Legal records, deletion audit tombstones, subject-free revocation records, and previously published anonymous cohort snapshots follow their disclosed retention periods. • By us: we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. We will provide notice and an opportunity to export your data when possible.

Your use of TradeLoop is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
